Program description

Do This With Me Wellness sends transactional text messages to registered members of https://www.dothiswithmewellness.com who choose to provide their mobile number. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How members opt in

Members opt in through a web form. While creating an account (onboarding) or at subscription checkout, a member enters their mobile number. The disclosure below appears right next to the phone field. The member then clicks "Send code" or "Continue" to agree.

What the member sees (opt-in form)

By providing your mobile number and continuing, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Do This With Me Wellness, including account verification codes, daily movement reminders, coach check-ins, squad activity alerts, and account notices. Message frequency varies (typically 1–2 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What your phone number is used for

  • Account security: one-time verification codes
  • Daily movement plan reminders on the days the member chooses
  • Coach check-ins and milestone celebrations
  • Squad (support group) activity alerts
  • Account and billing notices, such as trial-ending reminders

Sample messages

  • Do This With Me Wellness: Your verification code is 849201. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Do This With Me Wellness: Today is your 15-min walk day. You've got this! Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
  • Do This With Me Wellness: A squad member just celebrated a win! Log in to cheer them on. Reply STOP to end.

Frequency, cost, and opting out

  • Message frequency varies, typically 1–2 messages per day.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop all text messages.
  • Reply HELP for help, or visit dothiswithmewellness.com/help.
  • Agreeing to texts is not required to buy a subscription.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. See our Privacy Policy.
