These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Do This With Me Wellness (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Do This With Me Wellness ("we", "us", "our"). You are contracting with Do This With Me Wellnesswhen you use the Service.

2. Wellness support, not medical advice

Do This With Me Wellness is a wellness, coaching, and community app. Content, coaching messages, suggested habits, food and movement logs, and any AI-generated output are for general wellness support only. They are not medical, nutritional, mental-health, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you have any medical condition, consult your doctor before changing your eating or movement routine. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent activity.
No spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to interfere with the Service's security or availability.
No impersonation and no sharing content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Follow our community standards inside squads and shared spaces.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you log and post. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you and, where you choose, your squad.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, code, design, branding, content, and all other materials remain the exclusive property of Do This With Me Wellness or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it without our prior written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within your plan for your personal wellness journey.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. 8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, plans, and pricing may change.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms or our community standards. You may close your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
