We want you to feel confident when you join Do This With Me Wellness. Below is how refunds and cancellations work.
New members get a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. You'll only be charged if you choose a paid plan after the trial.
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current billing period. Monthly payments are not refundable once the billing period has started.
Annual memberships are paid upfront at a discounted rate. Because of that discount, annual payments are not refundable. You can still cancel anytime to prevent renewal at the end of the year; your access continues through the end of your paid year.
Subscription management is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for Do This With Me Wellness. You can cancel or update your plan from Settings → Billing, or by visiting paddle.net and entering the email you used at checkout.
